In Android environments, adjusting DNS servers while using Wi-Fi is straightforward. However, no built-in option exists to modify DNS servers while on mobile networks (2G/3G/4G, etc.). This application establishes a local VPN connection (ensuring no external data transmission) to enable the use of configured DNS servers on both Wi-Fi and mobile networks without necessitating root permissions.
